Client Manager/Workflow Manager - Business Services & Tax
Salary: 135,000 plus super negotiable on experience and level
Location: Brisbane CBD - This is a Hybrid Position

This mid-size, 4 Partner CBD firm boasts an exceptional internal team environment. They value their staff, provide great flexibility and have high quality long-term clients. They are seeking an ambitious candidate that would like to take the next step up to a client manager level and look after firm wide workflow.
About this role:
Look after a portfolio of dedicated clients that have been taken care of by the same Manager for 8 years, NO messy client files, great client relationships!
This role will offer diverse responsibilities across the firm including workflow management, review of compliance, consulting and advisory work.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Look after a perfectly run client portfolio of long term dedicated clients, NO messy client files.
- Review mentor and train a stable team of accountants (flat structure).
- Workflow management - this is an optional as a part of the role if you have the interest.
- A true mix of review of compliance and advisory duties.
- Some “hands-on” compliance with the larger groups.
- Reasonable productivity measures of 65%
What you will Bring:
- 5 + years experience as a Business Services & Tax Accountant
- CPA/CA qualified
- Ability to effectively communicate thoughts and ideas.
- Willingness to build positive connections with staff and clients.
