We’re seeking a reliable, detail-focused Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician to join our industry-leading workshop in Norwood, South Australia.

We’re local leaders in Paintless Dent and Hail Repairs across South Australia, proudly partnering with insurers, crash repairers, dealerships and the public. Our services include dent removal, panel reconditioning, hail rectification, paint refinishing, and parts replacement—all with a focus on quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

As part of a supportive team, you’ll work across a mix of daily dent jobs, private and insurance repairs, and may be involved in occasional hail repairs.

We value techs who take pride in quality over speed, enjoy developing their craft, and want to be part of a tight-knit, low-drama crew.

About You

2+ years of hands-on PDR experience (solid pushing skills essential)

Glue pulling, hail repairs, and light panel removal experience ideal

Positive attitude, good communicator, and a genuine team player

Looking for stability and growth—not just chasing storm work
