Urban Health HQ is a vibrant allied health services provider based in Ellenbrook. We’re proud to offer a warm, person-centred approach to care, supporting NDIS participants and private clients to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

We are currently looking for a Soft Tissue Occupational Therapist who is passionate about making a difference and skilled in hands-on therapy techniques to support clients with pain, mobility, and functional capacity challenges.

What You’ll Do:

Provide soft tissue therapy and functional assessments in both clinic and community settings

Develop and implement personalised treatment plans

Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including Exercise Physiologists and Occupational Therapists to ensure holistic care

Support a varied caseload including NDIS, DVA, and private clients

What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Occupational Therapist (AHPRA registered)

Experience or interest in manual/soft tissue therapy

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

NDIS experience an advantage but not essential

Current police clearance, WWC, and driver’s licence
