About the role

Unicorn Seafood Restaurant is seeking experienced wait staff and bartenders to join our dynamic team in Kingscliff, NSW. As a casual wait staff or bartender, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable dining experience for our guests.

What you'll be doing

Providing friendly and attentive table service to customers, including taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and processing payments

Preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages behind the bar

Ensuring the dining area and bar are well-stocked, clean, and organised at all times

Communicating effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

Troubleshooting any customer issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner

Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene standards

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a wait staff or bartender in a similar hospitality setting

Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Knowledge of food and beverage preparation and serving procedures

Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification or willingness to obtain
