About the role

As a Roadside Assistance Battery Sales expert at Cairns Roadside Assist', you will play a critical role in providing essential automotive services to clients in the Cairns area. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for responding to roadside emergencies, diagnosing and replacing vehicle batteries, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role is based in Cairns, QLD 4870.

What you'll be doing

Promptly responding to roadside assistance calls and assessing vehicle issues

Diagnosing and replacing vehicle batteries as required

Providing high-quality customer service and building positive relationships with clients

Maintaining detailed records of all service calls and battery replacements

Coordinating with the team to ensure efficient and timely service delivery

Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures

What we're looking for

Proven experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on roadside assistance and battery replacement

Strong technical skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve a variety of vehicle issues

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure

A valid driver's licence and the ability to operate a service vehicle

A commitment to safety and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
