Switch Hotel Solutions is hiring a Revenue Analyst to join our team.

Based out of our Gold Coast Office located in the heart of Burleigh Heads, you will be given all the tools required to help you succeed in our growing business.

Whether our clients have 5 rooms or 200 rooms, Switch works to develop a unique and powerful strategy to suit our clients needs.

Areas of Responsibility:

Assisting with monitoring of the occupancy and revenue performance of our clients

Analysing market trends and competitors’ pricing strategies

Be responsible for price change updates with accuracy, consistency and efficiency

Discussing strategies with clients

Developing strategies (with support from management team)

Understand factors impacting booking conversion on different booking platforms to optimisation tactics

Monitor, review and update listings to maximise booking conversion rates across all booking platforms

About you:

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality Management or similar is desired

Minimum 1 years’ experience in Hotel Reservations or Operations

Intermediate excel skills

Superior attention to detail and time management skills

Understanding of revenue management principles

Strong reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills
