As a VIP, Multiskilled Travel Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering seamless, end-to-end travel solutions for discerning clients who demand precision, speed, and exceptional service. From managing complex international itineraries to handling last-minute requests, you'll be the expert behind smooth, stress-free travel experiences.

What Your role will look like:

• Handle complex travel arrangements for high-value VIP clients with precision, efficiency, and a multiskilled approach.
• Manage complex bookings across flights, hotels, car hire, and any special travel requirements-both domestic and international.
• Use GDS systems (Sabre, Galileo, or Amadeus) to make reservations
• Provide exceptional service via phone and email, maintaining professional and timely communication at all times.
• Coordinate group travel, including large delegations and touring parties, with a high level of care and attention.
• Work collaboratively with suppliers, colleagues, and clients to ensure seamless travel experiences from end to end.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in travel consulting, ideally with a background in corporate travel.
• Extensive experience using GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo).
• Solid understanding of airfares, ticketing, and global travel logistics.
• Experience managing group travel and complex itineraries is a major advantage.
• Strong communication skills-written and verbal-with a polished, professional tone.
• Technically confident and comfortable managing detailed travel data.
• A team player who is self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently when needed.
