About the Role: Treatment Coordinator / Dental Assistant

As we continue to grow, we are excited to offer a Treatment Coordinator position within our friendly, high-performing team. This role blends front office coordination with clinical support and is perfect for someone who loves connecting with patients and making a real difference in their care experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and care for patients with warmth and professionalism

Deliver an exceptional and memorable patient experience

Assist dentists chairside during procedures

Maintain sterilisation and infection control standards

Handle data entry, patient record updates, and appointment coordination

Process payments, manage HICAPS, and handle basic administrative duties

Answer phones and manage patient inquiries efficiently

What We’re Looking For

Prior dental assisting experience

A strong desire to learn and grow within a team

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Professional grooming and a friendly, welcoming presence

High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

Computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
