You will work within a feminist framework, honouring client autonomy, lived experiences, and challenging systemic barriers to reproductive choice.

This role is ideal for a skilled counsellor who is passionate about social justice, creating inclusive, safe spaces, and contributing meaningfully to a mission-driven, collaborative team.

Provide telephone counselling and intake support as needed, including coverage for cancelled appointments or peak service periods, to ensure responsive and accessible service delivery.

Work collaboratively with the Pregnancy Options team to ensure smooth client journeys from intake through to assessment and counselling support.

Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential client records, assessments, and outcome tracking in line with organisational policies and legislative requirements.

Participate in regular clinical supervision, reflective practice, and professional development activities to maintain best practice standards.

Contribute to the development, review, and improvement of internal resources, counselling procedures, and client-facing materials.
