We’re looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join their growing team on the south side of Brisbane. As the Sales Coordinator, you will be the key point of contact between the internal sales team, customers, and project delivery teams. Your ability to juggle priorities, manage multiple tasks, and communicate effectively will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales documentation
• Manage CRM data entry and maintain accurate customer records
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth project handovers
• Track sales progress and provide regular reports to management
• Support marketing initiatives and assist with customer communications

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a similar Sales Support or Coordination role
• Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems highly regarded
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
