The Gig
You’ll be on a FIFO 8:6 roster, days only, working with a team that backs each other in, gets the job done, and leaves each shift knowing they’re appreciated. Working at Lake Cowal

Your mission?
Keep the diamond drill rigs running like clockwork—fault-finding, fixing, maintaining, and ensuring the paperwork is done properly.
No nonsense. No fluff. Just quality work with quality people.

What’s on the table:

• $85.00 flat per hour (weekly pay)
• Day shifts only (no time wasted at home trying to catch up on sleep)
• 8:6 FIFO roster
• Respect for your trade, your time and your effort
• Solid backing from a crew that actually knows what they’re doing

You’ll need to bring:

• Trade qualifications (mobile, fixed, mechanic, plant fitter, or similar)
• Experience with drilling rigs
• Skills across hydraulics and auto-electrical
• The ability to work unsupervised without letting standards drop
• C-Class licence
• The mindset of someone who takes ownership – not shortcuts
