We are a leading electrical and automation installation company forcusing on medium to high end new residential construction. We are seeking a motivated Warehouse and Delivery Coordinator to join our team and support our operations.

Job Overview

The Warehouse and Delivery Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring our technicians have the materials they need to complete installations efficiently. This role involves managing warehouse stock, preparing job boxes, coordinating deliveries to and from sites, and auditing stock levels.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Stock Management: Conduct regular stock takes, place stock orders, and maintain an organised warehouse.

Job Box Packing: Pick and pack materials from the warehouse into job boxes for delivery to residential installation sites.

Delivery Coordination: Deliver job boxes to sites in the morning and collect them in the afternoon. Arrange additional site deliveries using P&R Electrical’s free delivery service or Uber deliveries when necessary.

Stock Audits: Perform monthly stock audits of technicians’ vans to ensure accurate inventory levels.

General Duties: Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed to support the team.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Familiarity with electrical materials and components (preferred but not required).

Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order management.

Physical ability to lift and move materials safely.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Working Conditions

Full-time 4 day working week (38 hours) position with regular working hours, including morning and afternoon site deliveries.

Primarily based in our office/warehouse with daily travel to residential sites.
