About the role

LimeTree Alfresco has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales PRO/Designer to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland. As a Sales PRO/Designer, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and supporting the design of custom outdoor kitchen projects for our customers. This is a full-time position that will service North of Brisbane up to the Sunshine Coast. This is a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a team of passionate professionals.

What you'll be doing

Developing and delivering engaging sales presentations to potential customers

Creating 3d design drawings and plans on our custom software.

Conducting site visits and consultations to understand customer needs and preferences

Collaborating with the production and Installation teams

Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals

Providing excellent customer service and ongoing support

Staying up-to-date with industry trends and product innovations

What we're looking for

Proven experience in the home improvement industry

CRM and 3d Drawing program experience an advantage

Strong design skills and the ability to visualise and translate customer ideas into practical solutions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers

Problem-solving skills and a creative mindset to find tailored solutions for each customer

A passion for outdoor living and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
