This is a full-time role that supports our national team across our brands: SRO Technology and Ramsey. Our business is growing, and we are expanding our sales team to support the growth of both brands.
We are seeking a motivated individual with strong customer service values, technical sales skills, ambition, and a can-do attitude to thrive in our collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and pre-qualify incoming sales and service enquiries, technically and commercially, from local and overseas customers
- Prospect for new sales opportunities, generate leads via outbound calling and email
- Support the sales process from customer enquiry through to engineering, manufacturing, delivery, and post-sales service
- Utilise CRM and quoting software to record customer information, manage opportunities, actively follow-up and maintain the sales pipeline
- Be the internal voice of the customer, take ownership of complaints, returns and other issues to develop and improve customer satisfaction
- Liaise with the wider team to identify growth potential and cross-selling opportunities
- Assist with the preparation of tenders and other high-value projects
About You:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Self-motivated, accountable, and work across multiple teams with a positive attitude
- Proficient in CRM and quoting software, plus MS Office
- Ability to interpret schematics and engineering specifications to respond to tenders and inquiries
- 2 to 5 years' experience in a technical role with a solutions-sales focus
- Experience in manufacturing or service environments is advantageous
- Previous experience in the mining, weighing, or instrumentation industries is advantageous but not essential
