About the role

Southside Coatings is seeking a talented Production worker to join our team in Slacks Creek, QLD. This full-time role will see you play a crucial part in our manufacturing operations, contributing to the efficient and high-quality production of our products.

What you'll be doing

Operating production equipment safely and efficiently to manufacture our range of coatings and finishes

Performing quality checks and inspections to ensure our products meet the highest standards

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment to support a seamless production process

Collaborating with the wider production team to identify and implement process improvements

Pickup and delivery

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production-based role, ideally within the Assembly & Process Work industry

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Alignment with Southside Coatings' values of safety, innovation and customer focus

Manual driving licence

Physically able to perform taskes
