About the Role:

Manage a busy and rewarding caseload, with around 90% of matters in WorkCover claims

Advise and act for insurers, employers, and government clients

Take matters from early resolution strategies through to trial preparation

Work collaboratively with a highly experienced team including lawyers, paralegals, and admin support

Engage in meaningful client contact and contribute to strong commercial outcomes

Is this you?

1 - 5 years PAE in insurance litigation (WorkCover preferred)

Defendant-side experience is ideal; strong plaintiff-side candidates with a commercial mindset are also encouraged to apply

Confident in managing files autonomously and conducting conciliation conferences

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a practical, solutions-oriented approach

Able to contribute positively to a collaborative team culture
