Warehouse Administrator – Chipping Norton

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organised Warehouse Administrator to join a leading logistics provider based in Chipping Norton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous warehouse administration experience and a working knowledge of CargoWise to be part of a supportive and high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process inbound and outbound shipments accurately using CargoWise
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate warehouse records and inventory data
• Prepare documentation including delivery dockets, pick slips, and dispatch reports
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Respond to customer queries and provide timely updates on shipments
• Assist with stocktaking and cycle counts as required
• Ensure compliance with all safety and operational procedures

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse administration or logistics support role
• Proficient in using CargoWise for warehouse and inventory management
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of freight forwarding and warehouse procedures
