About the role

As the Marketing Manager at Absolut Financial, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This full-time position is based in Kew East, VIC 3102.

What you'll be doing

Developing and executing marketing plans to support the company's overall business objectives

Managing the creation and distribution of marketing content, including website updates, social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials

Analysing marketing performance data to identify areas for improvement and inform future strategies

Collaborating with the sales team to align marketing efforts and support lead generation

Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the company's marketing approach

Budgeting and managing marketing expenses to ensure efficient utilisation of resources

Supervising and mentoring the marketing team to drive their professional development

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably in the financial services industry

Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decision-making

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Proficient in using marketing automation tools, CRM software, and data analysis tools

Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field
