We are seeking a Senior IAM Consultant with proven expertise in the ForgeRock Identity Platform. This role requires hands-on experience in implementing ForgeRock OpenAM and IDM, designing identity lifecycle management processes, integrating IAM with external systems, and defining enterprise access control models.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and support ForgeRock OpenAM and IDM for authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management.
Design and configure authentication chains, modules, trees, and policies in OpenAM.
Develop and customize provisioning and reconciliation logic in ForgeRock IDM, including scripting (Groovy/JavaScript) for connectors and workflows.
Implement REST API integrations between ForgeRock and internal applications (e.g., HR, SAP, AD).
Create and enforce RBAC models, access policies, and dynamic group memberships.
Support migration projects involving movement from legacy IAM systems to ForgeRock-based infrastructure.
Troubleshoot issues related to authentication flows, directory services, and provisioning errors.
Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and business teams to ensure seamless IAM integration.
Conduct requirement analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
Technical Skills & Experience:
Strong expertise in ForgeRock OpenAM (Access Management):
Policy agents, authentication modules, service trees, and federation (SAML/OAuth2)
Deep knowledge of ForgeRock IDM (Identity Management):
Workflow design, scripting, connectors, and reconciliation processes
Experience in integrating ForgeRock with:
LDAP, Active Directory, SAP, HRMS, and internal APIs
Scripting experience in Groovy, JavaScript, REST APIs
Implementation of RBAC, delegated administration, and dynamic role assignment
Understanding of user provisioning, de-provisioning, self-service, and password management
Familiarity with OpenDJ/OpenLDAP, and general directory services
Hands-on experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy)
