The Organisation
At Murray PHN, five organisational values - Leadership, Collaboration, Respect, Accountability, and Innovation - drive the way we do business, the way we influence the health system and the way we interact with each other and our stakeholders.
As a not-for-profit organisation, and one of six Primary Health Networks (PHNs) in Victoria and 31 across Australia, we work with rural and regional services and national agencies to not only support health reform, but to develop locally relevant models of care, workforce solutions and to pilot innovative programs.
Whether it's supporting individuals with chronic conditions, enhancing mental health services, or reducing avoidable hospital stays, our focus is commissioning primary healthcare services that are accessible, high-quality, culturally responsive, sustainable, and importantly meet population needs and prevent disease.
