Opportunity: FIFO HSE Advisor

Location: FIFO ex Perth, Western Australia

About the role:

We are currently seeking HSE Advisors for multiple clients operating across WA. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the effective execution of all HSE activities, contributing to the promotion of a strong culture on-site.

Requirements of the role:

Minimum of Cert IV in Workplace Health & Safety,

Cert IV in Training and Assessing desirable

ICAM or Audit qualifications desirable

Experience within the mining industry - surface mining, civil construction etc.

Responsibilities:

Field leadership and interactions,

Guide, mentor and advise employees at all levels of the workforce on matters related to HSE,

Providing support to the wider HSET team function - including both the site and Perth-based team,

Conduct site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and provide recommendations for future risk mitigation,

Collation and analysis of data and key metrics for reporting,

Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of the HSEQ management system,

Assisting/leading incident investigations.
