Key Responsibilities:

Accurately and efficiently dispense prescription medications

Support pharmacists in the daily dispensary workflow

Assist in preparing Webster Packs as needed

Handle and prepare PBS claims and ensure documentation accuracy

Maintain, rotate, and replenish dispensary stock

Assist in the ordering of patient medicines and product restocking

Deliver excellent customer service at the dispensary counter

Follow all pharmacy procedures and compliance standards

Assist with occasional OTC enquiries

Help with general cleaning and housekeeping duties

Who We’re Looking For

Experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a community pharmacy

Tertiary qualification in Community Pharmacy is highly desirable

Experience with MINFOS or similar systems is an advantage

Strong attention to detail and efficient work style

Excellent communication and time management skills

A team player with a can-do attitude and customer-first approach

Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends when required

About the Role

You’ll play a key role in helping us optimise our dispensary flow and support the team in delivering exceptional care.

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $75,000 – $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
