About the role:

Through leadership, guidance, and practical assistance, the Clinical Trials Team Lead ensures seamless execution of clinical trials, maintaining a strong focus on participant satisfaction and care, contributing to the success and integrity of the trials and ultimately exceeding sponsor expectations and Emeritus Research business objectives.

Some of your Responsibilities:

Inspire and motivate your team, ensure effective communication, and represent Emeritus Research professionally.

Ensure a positive experience for all trial participants, maintain superior communication, and meet recruitment goals.

Prioritise business aspects, support patient recruitment, and liaise with sponsors and referral sources.

Maintain documentation, manage challenges, and seek new initiatives to optimise team efficiency.

Promote OKRs, ensure accurate financial management, and provide quarterly reports on team performance.

Adhere to regulatory requirements, maintain a Solutions Registry, prepare CAPAs, and conduct internal audits.

Provide comprehensive induction and ensure staff training completion.

Build positive relationships, follow hiring guidelines, and ensure roles are filled with the best talent.

Manage leave requests, perform one-on-ones, carry out exit interviews, and implement change management policies.

What do we need from you?

Tertiary qualification in Science, Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy

Recognized as an outstanding Clinical Trials Coordinator, with a sound understanding of clinical trial implementation, GCP and Clinical Trial Regulatory requirements

Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients. address client concerns and aligning trial operations with client objectives

Australian citizen or permanent Australian resident.
