The Opportunity
Reporting to the Director Planning, Engagement and Insights, you'll join a dynamic team where you'll play a pivotal role in establishing systems of planning and reporting that underpin Murray PHN’s achievement of strategic priorities. This is an exciting opportunity to lead planning and performance reporting initiatives that enhance our capacity and impact.
Key Accountabilities
Ongoing development and review of strategic plans and organisational planning.
Support the annual review of Funder mandated Activity Work Plans.
Lead planning to progress strategic priorities and activities.
Establish and oversee a coherent performance reporting strategy.
Embed project management frameworks and capabilities.
Manage and lead employee development and performance.
About You
We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative leader with strong relationship management skills to improve the effectiveness and impact of our work through the application of planning, performance monitoring, and reporting processes.
Key Capabilities
Relevant tertiary education and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a relevant field.
Experience applying complex project management principles with strong relationship management skills.
Experience with whole-of-company reporting at Executive and Board levels.
Demonstrated experience in developing and preparing business plans and budgets.
A connection with the Murray PHN catchment, our values and vision.
