About the role

Kondalilla Eco Resort is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Restaurant All Rounder to join our team. This is a casual position with the potential to progress to a full-time role that will see you working in our on-site restaurant, assisting with a range of front-of-house and back-of-house duties at our beautiful eco-resort located in Flaxton, Queensland.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and professional manner

Taking food and beverage orders and providing excellent customer service

Preparing and serving drinks, including barista coffees and cocktails

Assisting with table clearing, cleaning, and restocking

Providing menu recommendations and answering questions about our offerings to guests

Ensuring the dining area is well-presented and maintained

Supporting the kitchen team as needed

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar hospitality role

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to work well in a team and under pressure

Knowledge of food and beverage service essential

Barista experience essential

Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities

Flexible and adaptable approach to work

Passion for providing exceptional guest experiences
