ICU Registered Nurses Wanted | Permanent & Fixed-Term Opportunities | Scenic Regional Location

We're recruiting experienced Registered Nurses to join a specialised ICU team within a well-equipped regional hospital. This unit delivers high-acuity care to critically unwell patients requiring ventilation, CRRT, and haemodynamic support - and they're looking for skilled clinicians to join their team.

The Role:
As a Registered Nurse in ICU, you'll play a vital role in delivering safe, high-quality care in partnership with patients, families, and the broader healthcare team. You'll be part of a collaborative, high-functioning critical care team supported by strong clinical leadership.

What We're Looking For:

• 3-5+ years' ICU experience
• Hands-on experience with ventilation (Draeger) and CRRT (Prismaflex)
• Paediatric ICU experience and postgraduate certification (highly desirable)
• Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia

Contract Options:

• Permanent full-time and part-time positions
• Fixed-term full-time and part-time roles (through to February 2026)
• Flexible shifts available - up to 76 hours/fortnight

Salary & Benefits:

• $78,179 to $105,995 p.a. + 11.5% super
• Postgraduate allowance (up to 10%)

• $15,000 incentive for nurses relocating from interstate (conditions apply)
