Process Operator – Food Production | Wellcamp Location

Our client, a trusted leader in Australian food manufacturing, is looking for a Process Operator to join their Wellcamp production team!

About the Role:
As a Process Operator, you’ll take responsibility for the end-to-end running of the food processing and packing lines, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality and food safety.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Performing pre-op checks and equipment setup to keep production running on time
• Operating and troubleshooting food processing machinery
• Working across High Care, Low Care, and Boxing Room areas
• Conducting on-line quality checks
• Cleaning and basic maintenance of machinery and equipment
• Following all food safety regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Pitching in across different factory areas when needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong technical mindset and a "problem-solving" attitude
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Knowledge of HACCP and GMP standards
• Comfortable working in hot and cold environments
• Solid communication skills (written and verbal)
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Flexibility to work different shifts
• Food Processing Certification (desirable)
• Experience working with robotics and SCADA (a bonus!)
