About the Role:
As a Support Worker at LumaWell, you will play a vital role in assisting our Participants both at home and in the community. You will support skill development, promote independence, and help individuals work towards achieving their personal NDIS goals. You will contribute to creating safe, empowering environments that foster health, wellbeing, and growth.

The Successful Candidate Will Have:
A genuine passion for working within the Disability and/or Mental Health sector
A strong understanding of rights-based, person-centred support practices
The ability to manage complex behaviours and situations effectively, exercising sound judgment and initiative
Exceptional communication skills
A positive, professional attitude
Essential Criteria:
A current NSW Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
An NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
A current First Aid Certificate
A valid NSW Driver’s Licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
