The company is founder led, with a focus on pushing boundaries within the hospitality sector. With multiple brands in the portfolio, this role will lead the company's flagship venue.

Job Description

As General Manager, you will be responsible for leading all departments, focusing on the operational outcomes, financial performance, and team development. Given the complexity of the operation, you will exercise strong delegation and time management skills, to ensure all product offers are executing to the highest possible standard.

A significant focus on people is required, ensuring training, guest experience and team culture are prioritised. The ability to review and improve financial performance relevant to cost management and revenue improvement, will form a fundamental part of this role.

Candidate Profile

To be considered for this role you will have:

• Significant experience leading complex multi-outlet operations
• Strong communication skills both with your team and collaborators
• Genuine passion for the industry and enthusiasm for being part of a destination venue
• Strong leadership qualities and financial acumen
• High-level customer service tailored to a discerning clientele
• Current work rights within Australia
