Operating from 7am to 6pm, our centre offers a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, light-filled open-plan rooms, and a wide range of age-appropriate resources. With engaging indoor and outdoor areas for up to 120 children, it's the perfect place for little ones to explore, grow, and thrive. Now, we’re looking for an innovative and passionate Educational Leader to join our vibrant, supportive team—someone who’s ready to take the next step in their early childhood career and thrives in a collaborative, inspiring environment.

You'll be supported by an experienced Centre Manager and Assistant Director who genuinely value your ideas, vision, and leadership.
The Role:
As Educational Leader, you'll have the opportunity to shape and mentor a team of passionate Lead Educators, guiding them to deliver meaningful and inspiring learning experiences. We’re looking for someone who thinks outside the box, brings fresh ideas to the table, and is excited to step into a leadership role with purpose and heart.
What We’re Looking For
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- A forward-thinking educator with a passion for inspiring others
- Proven experience leading or mentoring a team
- Solid understanding of the EYLF and NQF
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A desire to make a real impact through educational leadership
