Change & Communication Analyst
Location: Toowong (or North Lakes) | $90,000 - $110,000 per annum package inclusive of super (based on experience)

About the Role

This role sits within a collaborative team delivering customer-focused, digital claims solutions in the home insurance space. Reporting to the Change Delivery Manager, you’ll support key projects by leading the planning and delivery of change management and communication activities that engage stakeholders and drive adoption.

You’ll work closely with frontline staff, product owners, and business leaders to ensure initiatives are clearly communicated, well understood, and embedded successfully across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan and deliver change activities including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, change readiness, and risk mitigation
• Build and maintain strong working relationships across claims, product, and delivery teams
• Develop engaging communication plans and materials (e.g. presentations, digital content, internal updates)
• Support knowledge and process documentation to enable smooth handovers and ongoing learning
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and collaboration across the change journey

About You

We’re open to candidates from both change management and communications backgrounds. You’ll bring:

• Strong communication skills – verbal, written, and visual – with a flair for simplifying complex messages
• Proven experience engaging stakeholders across different levels and functions
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities
• A proactive, coachable mindset with a willingness to support and uplift others
• Desirable: Experience in insurance, claims operations, or digital transformation projects
• Desirable: Tertiary qualifications in change, communications, or a related field
