We are looking for our next Experienced Recruiter who loves the recruitment industry but needs greater flexibility in their role.

This is a 360 Degree role with plenty of admin support. We help build a database of Active, Inactive and Prospective clients assigned to you. We help with communication campaigns, targeted at specific categories, hot candidate campaigns and seasonal offerings. We like consultants who choose the phone over email for communication... you don't build relationships over email.

We work in the permanent recruitment… not temp… no after-hours calls or weekend contact required. We have numerous rewards and incentive programs. For our 100% work from home / part time roles… we pay a fortnightly Salary and give you access to our full time commission structure. There is no commute, no constant reference checking and you will receive ongoing administrative support. Typically our consultants earn between $75k and $200+K working 20h/w. As circumstances change, increasing hours is negotiable based on your availability.

About you
This is not an entry level role. This is not a trainee-ship. We want experienced recruiters who want to be treated like adults, don't like being micro managed and want to work in an uncapped / unhindered recruitment role.
You may be a stay at home parent with a background in Recruitment. You may need greater flexibility such as working 100% from home, selecting what hours you work, working around family commitments but still want to contribute to the family income. You would attend a few weekly meetings via Microsoft Teams, otherwise, your time is yours.

I should also mention that we recruit Australia wide… so non-comps can be side stepped.

Essential Criteria (If you don't meet this criteria, no need to apply)

• Recruitment Agency, Recruitment Consultant experience in Australia 3+ years
• Located in Western Sydney is ideal, Sydney is a MUST
• Home office set up or ability to set one up
• Availability 4-5 hours per day, 4-5 days per week
• You know your numbers, rates, results and accomplishments
• Strong, driven nature, self-managed
• Resilient attitude
• Client development focused, strong phone skills, negotiation skills and sales skills.
