What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting to Managers and Directors, you’ll:

Prepare financial statements and income tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, and individuals

Manage BAS, IAS, PAYG and FBT lodgements across a variety of entity types

Provide high-quality tax advice, including CGT, small business concessions and structuring support

Participate in client meetings, resolve complex queries, and manage a client portfolio

Guide and review the work of junior staff, while contributing to process improvements and best practice

Assist in responding to ATO and payroll-related audits and reviews

Work collaboratively across the firm to enhance client service delivery

What You Bring

CA/CPA qualified

At least 5 years’ experience in a Business Services or Tax role within an Australian public practice environment

Strong technical knowledge and a commercial mindset

Confident client communication skills

Proficiency with cloud accounting software including Xero, MYOB and others

A proactive and collaborative approach to team and client work
