We are seeking a Monitoring Room Operator, who will be at the forefront of our security monitoring operations, ensuring the continuous monitoring of video surveillance systems placed strategically on construction and civil sites. Your vigilance and ability to respond swiftly and professionally to potential security incidents will be essential in maintaining the safety and integrity for our clients projects.

Key responsibilities

Monitor multiple video surveillance systems across various construction, civil and mine sites, diligently identifying any suspicious activities, safety hazards, and security breaches.

Respond to alarms promptly and take appropriate actions in accordance with established procedures, ensuring swift resolution of potential threats.

Conduct regular checks on surveillance systems to ensure their functionality, and promptly report any malfunctions or issues.

To be successful in this role; you will require:

Right to work in Australia

Current NSW Security Licence (or willing to obtain)

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications

Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team

Strong attention to detail

Flexibility in work hours and availability, including night shifts and weekends
