Precious Seeds Early Learning is a new service scheduled to open a 122 place new centre in early 2023. With various roles available across the service

Qualifications & experience

• Diploma or Certificate 3 in early childhood or ACECQA approved (working towards and trainees also considered)
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training
• Child Protection Training
• Red Nose training (willingness to obtain)
• Food Safety (willingness to obtain)
• Excellent communication (both verbal and written) skills,
• Understanding of the approved learning frameworks and the requirements under the National Quality Framework
• Flexibility to work within the operational hours if an education and care service
• A team player with a strong focus on community and teamwork
• Available Monday to Friday for a rotating roster

Tasks & responsibilities

• Developing strong and positive communication channels with staff, children and families of the centre.
• Following our policies and procedures along with licensing, legislation & regulations.
• Assisting children with their daily routines & supporting them in their learning.
• Creating a stimulating environment to foster & support children's development.
