This role is only suited to someone with exceptional experience across all areas listed below. We require someone who can hit the ground running with a solid background in analytics, product management and a minimum 3-5 years experience in these areas.
The role focuses on the administrative and logistical aspects of product information, management, and support, overseeing the entire lifecycle of product SKUs and implementing price and cost changes.
This role requires strong analytical skills, high levels of attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with both sales and operations teams.
Additionally, the Product Administrator will handle ad hoc reporting and administrative duties as required by Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management & Product Administration:
Updating and maintaining product information across databases, websites, and warehouse management systems (WMS) to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Manage and update pricing data from supplier price lists into our database.
Develop and implement effective pricing strategies for our products and services.
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify pricing opportunities and trends
Utilize statistical modelling methods to assess the potential impact of pricing strategies
Perform margin and impact analysis to optimize profit margins
Product Launches:
Supporting the coordination of documentation, system setup, and stakeholder communication for new product launches.
Interdepartmental Collaboration:
Working with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support to address product-related issues, ensure data accuracy, and facilitate smooth product processes.
Process Improvement:
Contributing to process improvements and supporting ad hoc product or procurement projects.
Product Photography and Asset Management:
Coordinating online product photography and maintaining a register of key product assets.
Qualifications:
Advanced Excel skills are a must, with extensive experience in spreadsheeting.
Proven experience as a Pricing Analyst, Parts Analyst, or in a similar analytical or Product Administrative role.

Proficiency in database management.
Ability to work methodically, consistently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication skills to provide clear and concise updates to directors, without the need for formal presentations.

Adaptable and versatile, comfortable handling a variety of tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Self-motivated with a customer-focused mindset.
Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines efficiently.
