We’re seeking an energetic, experienced E Commerce & Digital Marketing Coordinator to help elevate our brand, increase in-store foot traffic, and engage with our growing community of designer fashion enthusiasts. About the Role
Reporting directly to the Founder, the E Commerce and Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for:
Sales and Campaign Management: Planning and executing marketing and sales campaigns, marketing calendar to enhance brand awareness and foot traffic.
Social Media: Developing and overseeing cohesive content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Plan, run, and optimise Meta and Google Ads campaigns. Be confident in front and behind the camera.
E-commerce Growth & Website Management. Developing and managing digital strategies for E- Commerce growth and managing the website in alignment with business goals. Must have experience in managing Shopify website.
Email Marketing: Oversee the end-to-end execution of email and SMS campaigns, including flows, campaigns, segmentation, and A/B testing and promotions to nurture and grow customer relationships.
Content Creation: Collaborating with sales team, customers, consignors and content creators to produce high-quality visuals and videos. Confident and natural on camera—comfortable speaking, demonstrating, or participating in showcasing new product and trend-based content.
Influencer Partnerships: Building relationships, managing and tracking the success of collaborations. Oversee digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, paid social, and influencer collaborations
Analytics & Reporting: Measuring campaign effectiveness through key metrics. Stay up to date with digital trends, tools, and platform updates
Liaison with External Agencies: Work with outsourced teams, such as paid advertising specialists and social media agencies, to ensure alignment with StyleColab’s marketing strategy.
Sales and Event Support: Planning and executing in-store premium shopping experiences, sales and promotional events, customer, consignor and community events.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years in marketing within retail, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
Proficiency with developing and implementing marketing campaigns, experience in social media platforms, email marketing and e-commerce platforms, Shopify, Canva, Klaviyo, and Google Analytics.
Confident communicator with strong written communication skills for EDM's, captions and social media posts
Creative, attention to detail and strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
Elevated personal style and passionate about delivering an exceptional sales & customer service experiences
A passion for sustainable fashion, personal styling and knowledge of circular economy principles (a bonus).
What We Offer
Competitive salary ($60,000 – $85,000 + Super (3-4 days pro-rata).
