Upside Down Therapy is a leading sensory integration clinic based on Brisbane’s Northside. We recently moved into our brand-new, purpose-built 400sqm clinic, designed to inspire movement, connection, play and regulation.

With spaces that feel inviting, energising and safe, our clients (and our team!) are welcomed into an environment where therapy feels fun and meaningful – not clinical.

Five large 35m² sensory gyms, each fully equipped with suspension points, swings, crash mats, climbing walls and more

An 70m² mega-group gym, featuring a flying fox, foam pit, parkour zone and plenty of space for group programs

A fully stocked resource room filled with therapy tools, games and clinical gold

Dedicated zones for eating, working, collaborating, and relaxing

Abundant natural light throughout the clinic, with a warm and welcoming client waiting area that feels more like a home than a health service

About You

A qualified Occupational Therapist with ideally with 4+ years’ experience, but we’re open to the right fit with less (paediatric and/or sensory integration experience highly desirable)

Passionate about supporting neurodivergent children and families

Confident and curious in your clinical reasoning – you want to keep learning and growing

Excited to mentor others, contribute to team culture, and lead with heart
