One of our corporate 4star motel groups are seeking some key positions I'm seeking a hands-on and driven Motel Assistant Manager, Mackay and Food & Beverage Teamleader Bundaberg Queensland. What You'll Be Doing:

In these positions, you’ll work side-by-side with the management team to oversee all aspects of the hotel, with a strong focus on food & beverage, guest experience, team development, and operational excellence.

Duties & Responsibilities Will Include:

Assisting in managing day-to-day hotel operations

Leading and mentoring the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences

Supporting recruitment, training, and team development

Ensuring property presentation and standards are consistently high

Driving top-line revenue and achieving financial targets

Building strong, professional relationships with residents and staff

Identifying and implementing service and performance improvements aligned with business goals

What We’re Looking For:

Extensive experience in Food & Beverage Operations including Restaurants & Banqueting

Experience in Guest Experience and Accommodation Services with Guestpoint

A dynamic, level-headed leader who brings out the best in their team

Someone with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for hospitality

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Confidence in managing operations and influencing financial performance

A collaborative approach with a drive for results

RMLV & Approved Manager, Food Safety Handling Certificate
