The Role

You’ll play a key role in keeping our distribution centre running smoothly, making sure customers get their gear quickly and reliably. Here’s what your day could look like:

Picking and packing online orders

Restocking and organising inventory

Receiving and processing incoming stock

Quality checks and stock inspections

Collaborating with our Customer Experience team to provide solutions for our customers

Maintaining a tidy, safe, and well-organised workspace

Reporting to our Distribution Centre Team Lead and contributing to ongoing improvement projects

What We’re Looking For

We’re after someone reliable, detail-oriented, and happy to pitch in wherever needed. You don’t need to know everything — just bring a great attitude and a willingness to learn.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

Have experience with warehouse or inventory systems

Are organised and enjoy keeping things running smoothly

Can lift up to 25kg and work on your feet

Communicate clearly and work well with a team

Care about people, the planet & love the outdoors
