Footprints Podiatry located in the stunning North-West region of Tasmania has an exciting opportunity for Podiatrists to join and work alongside their experienced team. The position offers a competitive minimum guaranteed salary of $85,000 (excluding Super), with the opportunity to earn up to $120,000+.

The Position.

Footprints Podiatry offers you the opportunity to develop in whatever field you desire, as a regional practice they see it all! The experience gained in working in a regional setting is like nothing you would find in city practice.

You will work alongside experienced Podiatrists, no working alone. With mentorship, regular team meetings and professional development sessions, you'll have ample opportunity to share and learn with their podiatrists.

Their clinicians are given reign to develop their own preferred areas of expertise, but you will see everything from diabetic foot wounds to child development, running injuries to nail surgery. Be an all-rounder, or specialise in MSK, or nail surgery, or anything you like.

Standard appointments are 30 minutes, with longer time allocated to more complex needs. No rushing!

Early finish on Fridays to make the most of every weekend!

The Organisation.

The practice is family run with a friendly and supportive admin and Podiatry assistant team. All care is provided from their multi-room clinics, no nursing homes or patient houses to visit!

They have well equipped clinics, with dedicated biomechanics spaces. They offer Shockwave, Swift Microwave, diagnostic ultrasound, orthotic scanning (to external labs), in-house insole/orthotic workshop for adjustments. They stock footwear in their clinics, with brands including Altra, Asics, Topo, Billy and Xero shoes.

What's On Offer?

Salary base $85,000 (excluding Super), with additional activity bonus available allowing you to achieve $120,000+

Full-time, Part-time or flexible hours available.

Monthly CPD afternoons blocked out of clinic with all Podiatrists.

Paid study leave (Up to 5 days per year and $5,000 available for mutually beneficial or compulsory CPD)

Free pair of shoes per year and additional footwear discounts available.
