About the Role:

• Manage psychological and vocational rehabilitation for clients with psychological or psychosocial injuries.
• Act as the key contact, providing expert advice, counselling, and tailored support.
• Complete Vocational, Initial Needs, Workplace, and Psychosocial Assessments to guide rehabilitation plans.
• Attend case conferences and collaborate with treating practitioners to ensure holistic care.
• Liaise with employers, insurers, and allied health teams to coordinate return-to-work strategies.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to drive positive client outcomes.
• Monitor progress, update plans as needed, and support sustainable recovery and reintegration.

What you will need:

• Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling,
• Full AHPRA or ASORC registration
• Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
• Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
