About the role

Rutters Road Nursery is seeking an enthusiastic Sales and Nursery Assistant to join our dedicated team based in Elimbah, Queensland. This full-time position will see you playing a key role in supporting the daily operations of our thriving nursery business.

What you'll be doing

Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to our wholesale clients via phone, email and in person

Receiving and processing customer orders.

Assisting with the care and maintenance of our plants.

Inventory and stock list management

Contributing to the overall success of the nursery through your passion for horticulture

What we're looking for

Strong customer service skills and a passion for horticulture and the nursery industry.

Previous experience working in a nursery environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide outstanding customer service

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
