About the opportunity
Are you experienced in RTO administration and passionate about supporting students? We're seeking a dedicated individual with a positive attitude and excellent attention to detail to join our team in a key role. Some of the key duties include:
Managing and monitoring claims for state funded training.
Generating training reports such student progress, financial performance and national AVETMISS reports.
Providing phone and online support to students for course enrolments, online learning and general support.
Providing support to trainers to help them deliver the courses.
Coordinating the administrative aspects of traineeships.
Provide a broad range of administrative duties for students and the management functions of Breakthru College
About you
We are looking for someone with RTO experience along with a supportive nature and a positive attitude, superb attention to detail, effective time management abilities, and a strong team spirit. To be successful in this role you will also have:
Proven experience in a similar role with a College or RTO environment.
Familiarity with Axcelerate or a similar student management system (highly desirable).
Knowledge of NSW and QLD state funded training (highly desirable).
A solid understanding of RTO standards and compliance requirements
Ability to build strong working relationships and liaise with key stakeholders
Team oriented mindset
Excellent problem solving skills
Advanced excel and Microsoft skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work autonomously
NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (Or willing to obtain)
Working with Children Check (Or willing to obtain)
Criminal Record Check (Or willing to obtain)
