Physiotherapist - Paediatrics

Melbourne | Clinic-Based | No Weekends | Full-Time

Salary: Up to $100,000 + Super

Join a leading paediatric allied health organisation with a global presence in Melbourne. You'll support children aged 0-18 with complex disabilities and developmental delays, mainly under the NDIS. The role is entirely clinic-based - no travel, no community visits, and no weekend work.

Therapy is delivered through a mix of weekly appointments and short-term intensive therapy blocks, allowing you to see measurable outcomes and build meaningful relationships with families.

12-week structured induction - Full support to build confidence and ease into your caseload

Realistic expectations - No full caseload until 4-6 months in

Regular supervision & CPD - Fortnightly 1:1 and team meetings included in your schedule

Work with children who have diverse and often complex needs - a highly meaningful and rewarding caseload.

Admin done for you - Scheduling, paperwork and billing handled by dedicated staff

What we're looking for:

Fully qualified Physiotherapist - AHPRA registered

Experience in paediatrics is ideal - but a strong interest is welcome

Full-time availability across Monday to Friday

Commitment of 2 years if relocating from overseas
