R.E.M Projects is currently recruiting Paste Operators of all experience levels for an upcoming Paste Fill operation within the Southern Tablelands region in New South Wales. We are looking for individuals who either have relevant experience or an interest in developing expertise in paste fill operations.

FIFO equal time rosters available as well as ongoing training and employment opportunities!

Responsibilities include:

Operating and managing paste systems and procedures in strict accordance with Mining Legislation and WHS Regulations.

Operation and oversight of Paste Plant and related equipment.

Assisting with the ongoing maintenance of plant and associated equipment.

Ensuring that production targets are consistently achieved according to specifications.

Building and maintaining effective relationships within operational teams and collaborating with management and key stakeholders.

Candidates should ideally demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

Valid C-class manual driver’s license.

Ability to successfully complete pre-employment medical examinations and police clearance.

Reliability, integrity, and honesty in professional conduct.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Commitment to workplace safety and ability to actively promote a safe working environment.

Ability to work effectively within a team and engage constructively with colleagues.

Previous experience in underground mining, paste fill operations, material processing, or related mining sectors is advantageous.
