About the position:

Are you a problem-solving superstar with a passion for customer service? Do you love turning challenges into solutions and ensuring customers have the best experience possible? Then this is the role for YOU!

As a Service Liaison at Winning Group, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional after-sales service. You’ll be the go-to person for troubleshooting and making sure everything runs smoothly — from liaising with suppliers and manufacturers to helping resolve any issues our customers may face.

  • Be the hero our customers need by diagnosing and solving product issues.
  • Keep our service calls in check — log everything accurately and ensure records are up-to-date.
  • Book and coordinate service calls with our trusted partners and suppliers.
  • Work with Finance and Order Management to handle returns, credits, or refunds for faulty products.
  • Be the voice our customers rely on — respond to calls and emails quickly and efficiently.
  • Stay ahead of the game by keeping your product knowledge sharp with regular training.

Qualifications:

  • Top-notch communication skills (verbal and written) – you can talk the talk and write the email!
  • A knack for staying cool under pressure and managing multiple priorities with ease.
  • A natural ability to build rapport — whether it’s with customers or suppliers, you’ve got it covered.
  • Strong computer skills — tech-savvy and ready to tackle any system.
  • A can-do attitude and excellent problem-solving abilities – no challenge is too big!
