We are looking for a Customer Service Superstar to provide product support and join a supportive team environment in this entry level position. This is an opportunity to begin or grow a corporate career with a great company. No experience is required for this role and full training will be provided. More about the role:

• Learn about the company products and provide basic product support to customers.
• Answer inbound calls and respond to emails/livechat queries.
• Provide excellent customer service ensuring positive interactions for all customers.
• Escalate issues to the relevant teams when needed.
• Take part in training courses when required.

Who we are looking for:

• A Great Communicator - Someone with strong communication skills both over the phone and via email/livechat.
• A Team Player - Someone who the team can rely on and will get along well with those they are working with.
• Strong Customer Service skills and a Commitment to Excellence - A background in retail, hospitality, call centre or reception type roles is not necessary but will have you well equipped for a role like this.
• Technology Proficience - Basic efficiency in computer systems will be required to be succesful in this role.
• Excellent Attendance and Time Keeping - A perfect track record of attendance and punctuality.
• Experience in a call centre environment highly regarded but not required.
• Experience in technology resellers such as JB HiFi, the Good Guys or Harvey Norman is highly regarded but not necessary.
