Are you ready to deliver life-changing therapy that truly makes a difference? We’re looking for experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners who are passionate about empowering people with disabilities to live their best lives.

No two days are the same in this role. One day you might be working alongside families in their home, and the next you're at a community centre or playground supporting someone to reach their goals. If you're ready for a rewarding and dynamic role in a team that values impact and professional growth, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role:

  • Deliver positive behaviour support services in diverse settings—homes, schools, workplaces, and the community
  • Complete Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA) and develop evidence-based Behaviour Support Plans
  • Build strong, therapeutic relationships with participants and their support networks
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support individuals with complex needs
  • Maximise outcomes for participants by aligning support with NDIS funding goals
  • Participate in regular team meetings, mentoring sessions, and peer learning

What You’ll Need:

  • Occupational Therapy (AHPRA registration)
  • Speech Pathology (SPA registration)
  • Social Work (eligible for AASW membership)
  • Mental Health Nursing (AHPRA registration)
  • Psychology, Psychological or Social Science (or related field)
  • A tertiary qualification in one of the following:
  • Must be recognised as a Behaviour Support Practitioner by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (letter required)
  • Minimum 12 months experience in a Behaviour Support role
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • A current Australian driver's licence
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check

Why Join?

  • Streamlined processes: Spend more time with participants and less on admin
  • Learning & development: Ongoing clinical support and access to expert mentors
  • Flexible work: You control your calendar—design a week that suits your life
  • Great benefits: Competitive salary, bonuses, vehicle options, laptop and phone
  • Growth pathways: Advance into clinical education or leadership roles
  • Supportive culture: Operational, clinical and admin support behind you
  • Wellbeing perks: Paid parental leave, wellbeing days, EAP access, pet-friendly hubs, career coaching, and more

If you are would like to discuss in more detail please reach out to Mollie-May at [email protected] or on 0422 477 733
