About the role

Indigie Resource Group is seeking a skilled Final Trim Grader Operator to join our team on a contract basis in Roy Hill, WA. As a Final Trim Grader Operator, you will play a crucial role in the construction industry, using specialised equipment to finalise the grading and levelling of construction sites to precise specifications.

What you'll be doing

Operate a final trim grader machine to accurately grade and level construction sites to meet project requirements

Identify and resolve any issues or irregularities in the terrain to ensure a smooth and level finished surface

Communicate effectively with the project team to understand and meet site-specific grading needs

Perform routine maintenance and pre-start checks on the final trim grader to keep it in optimal working condition

Adhere to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Final Trim Grader Operator or similar heavy equipment operator role in the construction industry

GPS experience

Excellent technical skills and the ability to accurately operate and maintain a final trim grader machine

Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret site plans and grading specifications

Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the wider construction crew

A current HR or HC driver's license desirable

Western Australian Resident

Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening

Working alongside Main Roads

ACN: $85.00/hr flat rate

Casual Wages $75.00/hr flat rate + Superannuation

Flights ex Perth, Meals and Accommodation included
